It is so very helpful, especially with our younger trainees/inspectors in explaining building science principles, waterproofing, and durability. Just the other day in our staff meeting someone asked: “What’s the difference between a sealer and a sealant?”Answered in two minutes with your manual. We work in the SF bay area, not nearly as much rain, but still there is so much good stuff in your manual that applies. We make up for the lack of rain with and abundance of construction defect attorneys down here!  Making it open source is incredible! The graphics are great, clean and simple, comprehensive.
