Radish Restaurant Build Out

The challenge: turn a rundown Quizno’s into a hip, fresh space for new salad restaurant, Radish. Our team – with design by Atelier Drome – took on the project with enthusiasm. After a full gut of the space the team built out a custom Point-of-Sale counter faced with horizontal clear coated pine and topped with a white waterfall LivingStone surface. Custom pine ceiling floats over the stations while gray subway tile compliments structural elements and the face of the salad service station counter. The team covered the original damaged red brick floor with a smooth, modern gray epoxy micro topping.
