This new 7,000 square foot home in Washougal, Washington was designed by Marty Buckenmeyer with interiors by Donna DuFresne. It’s expansive footprint includes two bedrooms, two offices, a gym, a large garage, and a screened-in patio. Built with the intention for the client’s parents to age-in-place with him, the home also includes an elevator — a rare but not unheard of feature for the team at Hammer & Hand. Every window in the home is custom and was handcrafted by Hammer & Hand carpenters. The dark frames really pop against the sweeping, majestic vistas of the Washington countryside out of every window.
