Stock & Pantry TI

Hammer & Hand built out this stylish retail space on bustling Pine St. in Seattle’s hip Capitol Hill neighborhood. This tenant improvement started with an empty shell in need of everything a store requires to run – from HVAC and lighting to a custom center cabinet and a Carrara marble check out desk. The team also stained and polished the concrete floor and installed custom copper toe kicks to the bottom of the cabinets. Photography by Haris Kenjar and Hammer & Hand.
