Salmon Bay Passive House

Seattle Passive House built in collaboration with First Lamp Architecture.

The project involves many custom details, including oversized pocket doors created in Hammer & Hand’s woodshop.

The official home air-tightness came in at an ACH of 0.48 @50 Pa — beating the PHIUS target of 0.60. The home owners have created their own home automation systems using smart outlets, and will be monitoring the home’s energy performance as they enjoy it through the seasons.

The team executed countless first time moments, and kept an eye out for all the details throughout the home.
