Magnolia Mid-Century Kitchen

Designed by Atelier Drome

We served as general contractor on this hip kitchen remodel designed by Atelier Drome. The 1955 kitchen began as a mismatched, worn out space with the flooring falling apart. The team added about 12 sq. ft. by removing the exterior door and extending the wall through the space. A new exterior door was then added to lead out to the back deck. To improve the flooring, the team installed a new sub floor and installing new Marmoleum tile with a laser-cut pattern custom-designed by the client. Another eye-catching custom detail is the back-painted Starphire backsplash glass. New maple cabinetry and gas stove complete the hip, mid-century kitchen.
