Laurelhurst ADU

We built this homey accessory dwelling unit, designed by Ripple Design, for a family in Seattle’s Laurelhurst neighborhood. The unit sits on top of the garage and features a living area with murphy bed, skylights, kitchenette, and full bathroom.
