Maple Leaf Passive House progress underway in new video from the field.

Traditional design and architecture doesn’t need to be sacrificed when building a high performance home such as a Passive House. This idea of performance and design is one of the guiding principles of Whitney Architecture and Seattle new home builder Hammer & Hand’s collaboration on the Maple Leaf Passive House in Seattle’s Maple Leaf neighborhood. In the latest video from the field, follow H&H project supervisor Dan Whitmore and project lead Steve Zielke to learn about the design process and get caught up on the progress made from the project site.
