GreenBuildingAdvisor, EarthTechling, and KGW TV cover the new high performance home construction project.

The Pumpkin Ridge Passive House, designed by Scott | Edwards Architecture and under construction by high performance homebuilder Hammer & Hand enjoyed a flurry of media interest at the close of 2012.

KGW TV, Portland’s NBC affiliate, covered the house and its role as one of six projects being showcased by Northwest ENERGY STAR® as a super-efficient demonstration home.  The green technology blog EarthTechling covered the home’s building energy performance.  And GreenBuildingAdvisor’s Martin Holladay featured our recent series of Passive House construction videos narrated by Hammer & Hand’s Val Darrah.
