A nice video by NetGreen News and local news coverage of Sam’s election as President of the Passive House Alliance just hit the interwebs.

We announced Sam’s new leadership role at the new Passive House Alliance yesterday.  (The Alliance will spread the word about the Passive House standard throughout the US, and help ensure that this key green building movement realizes its potential to reduce our built environment’s carbon footprint.)  The Oregonian, Sustainable Business Oregon (of the Portland Business Journal), and Daily Journal of Commerce Oregon picked up the story:

Portland-based Hammer & Hand president elected to Passive House Alliance
Portlander will lead new Passive House Alliance
Portland contractor to lead Passive House nonprofit
