Hammer and Hand Co-Founder Sam HaggermanThe AIA Committee on the Environment (COTE) invites members of the design community to pack a lunch and bring it to the AIA for an informal “greenbag” lecture on the second Wednesday of the Month. The lectures are typical on green building and planning. This month Sam Hagerman of Hammer and Hand will discuss Passive House Building techniques.

MISSION:The Committee on the Environment (COTE) is committed to educating professionals and the public on sustainable design issues and supporting an agenda of various public and private agencies and organizations.  Their belief is that design excellence can only be discussed within the context of sustainability.
