Our Process
From start to finish we want to be part of your project team. While we don’t perform design in-house, we work with a variety of architects and designers to make each project one-of-a-kind and are happy to help you find the right match if you haven’t already selected an architect. By joining the conversation early we are able to collaborate with your architect to work through an potential hiccups before they happen.

Pricing
The cost of building a home addition is as diverse as the types of additions available. A second floor addition will cost more than a small kitchen bump-out, for example. Square footage, finish selection, and site are all factors that affect cost. Plans from an architect are necessary in order to provide the most accurate quote.
