Virtuous Pie

For their first location in Portland, Virtuous Pie teamed with bright designlab as the interior designer and Hammer & Hand as the builder of their eclectic plant-based pizzeria. Echoing the distinctly hand-crafted approach to Virtuous Pie’s menu, this tenant improvement features custom hand-drawn wallpaper, gingham cement floor tiles, and extensive custom casework throughout.

One of the project’s centerpieces is an L-shaped custom counter crafted by the H&H woodshop out of reclaimed Douglas Fir with heart endgrain accents, all lightly whitewashed to preserve the wood’s natural rosy hue.
