Queen Anne Whole House Remodel & Addition
Designed by David DiMarco
The owners of this 1912 home (originally designed by a student of Frank Lloyd Wright) wanted to bring it up to modern living standards while maintaining the home’s original profile and charm. The team touched every part of this home, from updating the systems and envelope to scrupulously matching the new interior trim to the original trim design. The 4,000 SF interior was completely transformed with all new finishes, walls removed to open up the space, a complete kitchen remodel, and more. A new 495 SF addition off the back added space for entertainment: a game room for the kids and a rooftop deck for the adults.
