Washougal Custom New Home | The Ground Up

Watch as Hammer & Hand’s custom new home project comes together from the ground up! This 7,000 square foot new home designed by Portland architect Marty Buckenmeyer is currently being built on 10 acres in Washougal, Washington. Conceived of as a home for our client to retire with his parents, this stately home will include an elevator to allow the family to age in place, as well as custom windows built in our woodshop to take advantage of the gorgeous, sweeping vistas of the countryside from every viewpoint. Coordinated by Lead Roman Emery, Hammer & Hand’s skilled team of carpenters (including Brad Joyner, Jake Welliver, and Andy Larson) broke ground on this project over the summer and recently topped out the frame. More to come — watch this space!
