Dan Palmer discusses the unique task of building a custom high performance door for the Karuna Passive House
Hammer & Hand woodshop manager Dan Palmer and carpenter Josh Tinker showed that they have the chops to hang with the European manufacturers by building a custom high performance door for the Karuna Passive House. From a four-point locking mechanism, to a poly-iso core and locally source materials, Dan and Josh show that high performance Passive House doors don’t have to be imported from Europe.
