Earlier this month Hammer and Hand’s Home Performance team received Clean Energy Works Oregon’s Customer Satisfaction Award.

“We’re happy to recognize Hammer and Hand’s excellence in this area,” said Will Villota CEWO director of marketing.

Hammer and Hand received the award by receiving the highest marks on surveys completed by over 200 CEWO clients upon completion of their energy retrofits.  The survey rated customer service across seven categories like punctuality and willingness to answer questions.

Will weighed in on the importance that CEWO puts on customer satisfaction, “Customer satisfaction is the #1 priority for CEWO. We vigorously vet contractors not only for their skills in home performance but also their customer service skills.”

Hammer and Hand’s Home Performance team is excited about the award too.

“As a team we’re enthusiastic about our work and that contributes to how we relate to our customers,” said Kevin Berg, Project Manager. “We all get a deep level of satisfaction from doing great work.”

“I’m going to continue to follow the example set by my teammates to make sure our customers stay happy,” added Cirdon Cole, Building Analyst.

“I got into this business to help people make their home more efficient, comfortable, and safe,” said Greg Lasher, Building Analyst. “This award is a great indication that we’re doing just that”

As you can probably tell we’re all pretty excited by the award. I know I speak for the team when I say thank you to all of our clients for making us #1.
