With construction of Hammer & Hand’s commercial Passive House retrofit, Glasswood, underway, we’re excited to share progress updates as well as explain the building science and green technology used on this groundbreaking green building project. In the first installment of the video series, Sam Hagerman (co-owner of Hammer & Hand and President of Passive House Alliance US) discusses the origins of the project as well as its broader implications as the first commercial Passive House retrofit in the country.
