Originally built in 1920, this house was remodeled in the 1960s and featured in Sunset magazine. The previous remodel radically changed the character of the house to a mid-century modern aesthetic. Along with Emerick Architects, Hammer and Hand restored the house to its original historic character.
The Kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry were all completely remodeled and restored to period appropriate looks with modern functionality.
The grand and open first floor plan and excellent view of the city from an extraordinary new deck make this a comfortable home for this family of six.
