Alameda Bungalow

This whole house remodel started with full second story addition, providing three bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs. This modest bungalow built in 1924 was transformed from an 1100 square foot house to a 2000 square foot house for a family of four with young children where they all live comfortably in their own spaces.

Designed by Emerick Architects, the house has become a cornerstone landmark of the Alameda neighborhood. Simple classic detailing allow the home to integrate seemlessly into the historic neighborhood.
