Boise Fry Company

Designed by Element Interior Design

Boise Fry Company, a “fries with a burger on the side” restaurant based in Boise, hired Hammer & Hand to transform a smoothie shop into their first location beyond the Idaho border. The new restaurant, in a ground floor space in the Civic Plaza building in NW Portland, is a mix of modern technology and rustic reclaimed wood. The team installed a new commercial kitchen complete with a Captiveaire PCU hood and friers. An accent wall and BFC sign made of reclaimed wood adds a Pacific Northwest feel to the otherwise modern space.
