FRAME-TO-FINISH CARPENTER (Portland or Seattle)

FRAME-TO-FINISH CARPENTER

We are seeking experienced frame-to-finish carpenters to join our Seattle, WA and Portland, OR teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

At least 5 years of construction carpentry experience including framing, envelope, and trim install.
Experience with remodel and new build projects.
Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction of buildings or other structures.
Must be able to keep accurate records and perform timekeeping, including electronic submittals.
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
Must have a full selection of tools to perform the work.
High level of accuracy and pride in your craft
Ability to lift 50lbs
Proof of Vaccination (or documented medical exemption)

LEAD CARPENTER / SITE SUPERVISOR (Portland or Seattle)

LEAD CARPENTER / SITE SUPERVISOR

We are seeking driven frame-to-finish precision lead carpenters / site supervisors to join our Portland and Seattle team! Our Site Supervisors manage the on-site project logistics, our carpentry crews, and subcontractors as part of a team, including an off-site Project Supervisor and Project Administrator. They also perform skilled carpentry as the workflow allows. 90% of our work is residential, and the commercial work is typically craft-driven specialty retail and restaurant interiors requiring high levels of organization, communication and attention to detail.
