We are always looking for the best talent to join our team and are aware that a great candidate for a job may come from a less traditional background. Studies have shown that women, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and people of color are less likely to apply for a job when they believe they may not meet all of the qualifications in a job description. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you’re not sure you meet every one of our qualifications. If you are unsure if you meet the listed qualifications, you can contact [email protected] with questions about how this would be determined.

We do occasionally have Apprentice Carpenter openings for those looking to hone their craft and build their skillset. These are paid positions. Please do not hesitate to apply if you feel you have the aptitude to succeed with us!

Hammer & Hand is committed to equal opportunity in employment and does not discriminate based on race, color, creed, religion, sex, age, national origin, mental/physical disability, sexual orientation, gender identity/transgender status, military/veteran status, genetic information, or any other status/characteristic protected under applicable law.
