This particular historic building in SE Portland's Brooklyn Neighborhood has seen a myriad of different uses. Once home to a dance hall, nickelodeon, religious organization, and school, this building stood cold, dark and abandoned. So when the clients came to Portland home remodeler Hammer & Hand wanting to remodel an urban loft for their new family, the building in Brooklyn was a perfect candidate for a commercial-to-residential remodel.
