Victorian Remodel

This whole-house remodel of a Victorian home in Portland's Sellwood neighborhood featured a second-story addition, a beautiful new kitchen remodel and bathroom remodel, extensive custom built-ins constructed from reclaimed and upcycled wood, environmentally responsible materiality, and historically-sensitive architectural design to mesh with the surrounding neighborhood context.  Please see this guest blog post by the client for more detail on the project and his reflections on working with Hammer & Hand.
