SE Urban Small Lot

This green infill project, designed by Brian Paul Sweeney Architecture, boasts a full suite of sustainable building features, including a green roof,
upcycled beams, low-maintenance and eco-friendly materials, and extensive daylighting to minimize day time lighting loads and capture solar gain. 
The home, which houses a family of four as well as an architectural studio, was featured on the City of Portland's 2009 Build It Green! Home Tour.
