Alameda Ridge ADU

This green accessory dwelling unit boasts excellent energy performance and indoor air quality, and a footprint of just 400 SF (600 SF including the 200 SF
loft space).  In recognition of resource efficiency and environmental responsibility, Earth Advantage Institute bestowed gold certification on the project.
