Alameda Bungalow

This whole-house remodel included a full second-story addition with three bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs, transforming a modest 1924 bungalow
into a 2000 square-foot home for a family of four.  Designed by Emerick Architects, the house has become a cornerstone landmark of the Alameda
neighborhood.  Simple classic detailing allow the home to integrate seamlessly into the historic neighborhood.
